What you'll do
- Shape product features and ship new core platform functionality
- Build simple, maintainable customer experiences and workflows
- Collaborate with product, sales, customer success, and engineering

- Refactor core platform code to improve maintainability and testability
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, focused on backend technologies
- Significant production experience with Laravel, PHP 7+, MySQL, and testing pipelines
- Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools in a production codebase
- Write testable, maintainable code and prioritize customer and business value
- Reason through complex systems and non-obvious usage scenarios
- Strong written communication and ability to work independently in a distributed team
