About this role

Build Chariot’s partner distribution channel by embedding claim discovery and intake into consumer finance and other platforms. The role combines partner-facing product development, go-to-market strategy, and business development, with responsibility for closing partnerships and driving them to live claimant volume.

What you'll do

  • Secure and activate embedded distribution partners across fintech, credit monitoring, neobanks, tax, benefits, and related platforms.
  • Own the partner-facing product roadmap, including eligibility checks, intake integrations, co-branded flows, and identity matching.
  • Develop partner economics, value propositions, deal terms, and repeatable sales and integration playbooks.
  • Establish self-serve and enterprise partnership motions and track the funnel through to active volume.
  • Coordinate with engineering, legal, operations, and campaign teams to deliver compliant partner integrations.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of partnerships or go-to-market experience, including senior-level and early-stage experience.
  • Experience building and scaling an app, API, or integration partner ecosystem from the ground up.
  • Fluency in embedded and API-led distribution, including integrations, SDKs, and co-branded flows.
  • Ability to work across product, go-to-market, and business development, and run both PLG and SLG motions.
  • Strong deal-making and relationship-building skills, with a record of taking partnerships from agreement to launch.
  • Founder or operator experience and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Nice to have

  • Fintech, consumer finance, or other regulated consumer finance experience.
  • Legaltech or regtech experience.
  • Data partnerships, identity matching, or two-sided marketplace distribution experience.

Benefits

  • Meaningful early equity.
  • Partnership-outcome-linked compensation upside.
