Senior Product Manager

About this role

Lead the product strategy and development of Cyberhaven’s endpoint sensor capabilities for its data security platform. The role spans customer discovery, roadmap prioritization, and delivery of enterprise endpoint security features, including AI-enabled capabilities.

What you'll do

• Define the vision and product strategy for endpoint sensor capabilities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch endpoint security features.
• Engage customers and prospects to understand needs and product value.
• Research cybersecurity trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
• Prioritize the roadmap to support customer satisfaction and revenue goals.
• Write and maintain requirements, user stories, and Definition of Done.
• Represent the company externally and partner with Marketing on product launches.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years managing successful enterprise security products.
• Experience with cross-platform endpoint software, telemetry, and endpoint security such as EDR, EPP, or DLP.
• Experience with large-scale endpoint software deployments.
• Experience building enterprise products in early-stage startups with constrained engineering resources.
• Strong communication skills across executives, customers, engineers, and internal teams.
• Technical fluency to assess feature complexity and work effectively with engineers.
• Experience with scalable enterprise platform capabilities, such as RBAC and directory integration.
• Experience using data to inform product decisions.

• Experience integrating AI technologies to address insider threats.
• Existing network of customers, prospects, analysts, or competitors for market intelligence.
