What you'll do
- Set priorities across the end-to-end data path, balancing data ingestion needs with reporting outcomes
- Own customer data imports, planograms, store metadata, configuration, and retailer-specific workflows
- Own metrics, reporting APIs, AI-powered insights, and customer-facing dashboards
- Conduct discovery with retailers and store colleagues, then turn findings into products
- Measure product usage and adoption after launch, and adapt based on results
- Use AI to automate work and share useful tools with the product team
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of technically deep products involving integrations or data
- Understand APIs, data pipelines, and system boundaries well enough to partner in engineering design discussions
- Experience serving different user roles with configurable views of shared data
- Hands-on SQL skills and ability to investigate data independently
- Knowledge of analytics and BI tools, and judgment about effective dashboards
- End-to-end roadmap ownership, from problem definition to shipped and adopted products
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and working directly with enterprise customers
- Comfort working remotely across distributed teams and willingness to travel occasionally
Nice to have
- Experience with high-volume, noisy sensor or computer-vision data
- Experience with change data capture into a cloud data warehouse, ideally Snowflake
- Experience shipping AI-powered features and assessing when a model is ready for production
