What you'll do
- Set and prioritize your team’s roadmap with stakeholders.
- Conduct user research, market analysis, competitive research, and data analysis.
- Use AI agents and prototypes to accelerate product discovery and decision-making.
- Partner with design and engineering through delivery, keeping scope clear and unblocking work.
- Drive decisions while maintaining stakeholder alignment.
- Measure and communicate the impact of shipped work.
What we're looking for
- 6+ years building and shipping web applications as a designer, engineer, or product manager at tech companies.
- 2+ years as a product manager at a growth-stage startup.
- Strong product intuition, design judgment, and technical fluency.
- Experience translating strategy and ideas into a prioritized, delivery-ready roadmap.
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable working asynchronously.
- Able to make decisions with imperfect information and independently move work forward.
- Empathy for users and teammates.
