What you'll do
- Own the product direction for usage billing pipeline
- Make onboarding a new credit-consuming capability repeatable
- Partner with product teams to ensure billing readiness
- Prioritize scalability, performance, and reliability
- Own billing defect detection and remediation
- Support the Monetization Platform team
- Define and track billing accuracy measures
What we're looking for
- Experience with consumption-based billing systems
- Experience with Zuora or similar platforms
- Knowledge of prepaid and credit-drawdown pricing models
- Experience launching new products coordinating with various teams
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Clear written communication skills
- Experience using AI tools in workflows
