What you'll do
- Set the strategy and roadmap for claims data across sources.
- Manage external data partnerships and improve the data received.
- Oversee claims data ingestion, quality, and mapping.
- Build reusable data assets for other product teams and client analyses.
- Integrate claims data into AI and analytics experiences.
- Shape customer reporting experiences for organizations that share claims data.
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally owning a data-centric roadmap.
- Direct experience with healthcare claims data and pricing mechanics, including adjudication and payment against contracted rates.
- Understand how healthcare stakeholders use data to make decisions.
- Comfort balancing internal teams’ needs with proactive roadmap planning.
- Fluent in data models, tradeoffs, and definitions.
Nice to have
- Experience with price transparency data.
- Experience working with claims formats such as 835s and 837s.
