What you'll do
- Prioritize external integrations using customer and field-team evidence.
- Shape data mappings, shared models, ETL approaches, and transformations.
- Define customer problems, integration experiences, trade-offs, and delivery sequence with engineering.
- Translate product decisions into epics and issues.
- Define telemetry and adoption signals and use findings to guide priorities.
- Help shape integration pricing and packaging.
- Use AI coding agents and GitLab to explore data, prototype integrations, and document experiences.
What we're looking for
- Product management experience connecting customer needs to priorities and making trade-offs with incomplete information.
- Strong understanding of the DevOps ecosystem, including planning, security, observability, and IT service management tools.
- Working understanding of data integration, ETL, data transformation, and mapping sources to a common model.
- Comfort using AI tools for prototyping and documentation.
- Clear communication, close engineering collaboration, and a data-informed approach to adoption.
