Senior Product Manager (Pass)

ID Team, responsible for Proton Pass, Proton Authenticator, and SimpleLogin.

What you'll do

• Define and deliver product roadmaps across Pass, Authenticator, and SimpleLogin
• Own usage, engagement, retention, revenue, and B2B conversion metrics
• Develop features that expand product value and competitive differentiation
• Coordinate execution across engineering, design, growth, and marketing
• Anticipate scaling needs across infrastructure, tooling, and customer engagement
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback research

What we're looking for

• 6–10 years of product management experience in B2C or B2B SaaS
• Track record of successful product and major feature launches
• Experience with product-led growth and freemium business models
• Strong analytical skills and experience running structured experiments
• Strong UX judgment
• Able to discuss technical trade-offs and architecture with engineers
• Experience building or scaling B2B products

Nice to have

• Experience in privacy, security, or identity products
• Familiarity with cryptographic concepts related to data protection
• Experience scaling freemium products into mid-market or enterprise
