Senior Product Manager, Pulse

About this role

Own product definition and delivery for a significant part of Sword’s Pulse AI-first care platform roadmap. Partner with engineering, design, data, and clinical teams to shape and deliver useful, safe AI-powered care experiences, while bringing product judgment and recommendations to leadership.

Stack

What you'll do

• Own product definition and delivery for features and initiatives in your area.
• Investigate user needs, assess feasibility and scalability, and define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Work with engineering, product, clinical, and operations teams to iterate and keep delivery focused on high-value experiences.
• Bring proposals and feature ideas to the Head of Product and help explore, prioritize, and test them.
• Communicate progress, learnings, and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Use AI as a tool in product development and day-to-day work.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of product management experience; consumer digital health, wellness, or B2C experience preferred.
• Able to own ambiguity and make sound product decisions independently.
• Technical fluency to discuss architecture and tradeoffs with engineering; familiarity with AI/LLM-powered products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Data fluency, including defining metrics and using dashboards to assess feature performance.
• Bias for action and willingness to challenge plans when evidence supports doing so.

• Experience with BigQuery or Looker
