Senior Product Manager: Recall

What you'll do

• Set a multi-quarter roadmap for query understanding and candidate generation.
• Advance query intelligence, including tokenization, spell correction, entity extraction, and intent classification.
• Evolve hybrid recall systems combining keyword search and vector retrieval.
• Drive measurable improvements in search conversion, revenue per visit, and GMV.
• Bring ML research into low-latency, cost-effective production systems.
• Build evaluation frameworks linking query and retrieval quality to business outcomes.
• Improve handoffs between retrieval, ranking, and downstream search models.
• Lead technical triage and implement durable fixes for systemic issues.

What we're looking for

• Strong technical and systems-oriented product management experience.
• Ability to work closely with ML researchers, data scientists, and software engineers.
• Experience balancing model performance, inference latency, compute costs, and production constraints.
• Ability to use data and evaluation frameworks to drive business outcomes.
