Senior Product Manager - Special Projects

Own early-stage product opportunities, from researching and validating ideas through recommending whether to launch, build lean, hand off, or stop. Turn promising opportunities into actionable briefs, prototypes, and specs, and lead smaller projects end to end.

The team

Product management organization of 7 PMs; reports to the co-founder and Head of Product.

What you'll do

• Research new product areas, size opportunities, and recommend next steps.
• Create briefs, prototypes, and specifications that teams can build from.
• Use AI agents to analyze customer feedback, sales calls, usage data, and competitors.
• Lead small projects end to end with engineers from existing squads.
• Build and lead a new squad when an opportunity warrants a dedicated team.
• Occasionally cover a squad when it lacks a PM.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years building and shipping web applications at tech companies.
• At least 2 years taking new products from zero to one.
• Experience independently owning ambiguous initiatives and a portfolio of opportunities.
• Track record turning ambiguous opportunities into prioritized, actionable roadmaps.
• Strong product intuition, design judgment, and technical fluency.
• Outstanding written communication for briefs and decision memos.

Nice to have

• Founder, founding PM, or first product hire experience.
