About this role

Lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market launches for Calendly products, including emerging AI capabilities. This full-stack role combines customer and market insight with hands-on writing and launch execution, while influencing product decisions and presenting recommendations to executive leaders.

About the company

Calendly is a scheduling platform that automates meeting booking across calendars, reducing back-and-forth for sales, recruiting, and customer teams.

What you'll do

  • Use customer research, feedback, competitive trends, and product data to inform product decisions.
  • Own product positioning, messaging, and product narratives.
  • Partner with Product and Research early to identify use cases and test messaging.
  • Develop and lead go-to-market plans for products and major features.
  • Write launch copy and materials for channels such as email, web, in-product education, demos, and sales.
  • Coordinate launch execution across partner teams and maintain up-to-date launch documentation.
  • Measure campaign performance, product discovery, and adoption, then improve messaging.
  • Use AI tools and build reusable AI workflows for product marketing work.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of SaaS product marketing experience; PLG or hybrid go-to-market experience preferred.
  • Track record of leading major launches and driving discovery and adoption of AI features.
  • Able to own both strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Strong critical thinking, judgment, and ability to make evidence-based recommendations.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with examples of personally written messaging and launch materials.
  • Regular user of AI tools with experience building repeatable workflows and demonstrating their impact.
  • Reliable project operator who can manage multiple projects and deliver with limited direction.
  • Adaptable, resilient, collaborative, and effective communicator with executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience positioning and launching AI-powered products and features.
  • Experience marketing to both self-serve and enterprise customers.
  • Product-led growth, lifecycle marketing, or in-product adoption campaign experience.
  • Experience taking early-stage products from customer validation through launch.
  • Experience with product analytics, project management, or AI automation tools.

Benefits

  • Equity awards for eligible full-time employees.
  • Competitive benefits.
