What you'll do
- Monitor AI agent performance across healthcare environments and languages
- Work with clinical teams to define protocols and clinically relevant quality metrics
- Improve prompt logic and reasoning chains and develop methods to prevent recurring issues
- Build testing frameworks for varied healthcare scenarios and adaptive AI systems
- Support compliance with MDR and AI Act requirements, and prepare verification and validation documentation
- Assess algorithm accuracy and potential bias, and support certification
What we're looking for
- 2–6 years of experience in QA, testing, or analytical roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfort learning new technologies and methodologies
- Curiosity about AI
- Comfortable speaking and understanding English
Nice to have
- Familiarity with secure health-data handling, GDPR, or HIPAA
- Experience with medical-device regulations or standards such as MDR, 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, or IEC 62304
- Portuguese language skills
- Experience with AI tools or prompt engineering
- Healthcare, enterprise software, or regulated-industry experience
- Familiarity with quality metrics and monitoring systems
- Basic programming or scripting experience
