What you'll do
- Build and maintain automated test frameworks and cases for web, API, and backend services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and test coverage
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor results
- Review code, mentor junior QA engineers, and promote automation best practices
- Investigate and document defects with reproduction steps and logs
- Maintain test data, environments, and QA tools
- Apply AI tools and techniques to improve QA workflows and automation
What we're looking for
- At least 6 years of professional QA automation experience
- Strong JavaScript or TypeScript and Python skills
- Experience with Cypress or Playwright
- Experience testing REST APIs
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Git
- Strong understanding of testing principles and QA methodologies
- Experience in Agile or Scrum environments
Nice to have
- Performance testing experience with JMeter or Gatling
- Exposure to AWS
- ISTQB or similar certification
- Experience with contract testing, TDD, or BDD
