What you'll do
- Manage the Greenhouse recruiting process from opening roles through close, ensuring process adherence.
- Source and engage active and passive candidates, including through team networks.
- Maintain accurate hiring documentation and candidate data for reporting and audits.
- Manage multiple roles, priorities, deadlines, and recruiting milestones.
- Provide proactive updates to hiring managers and stakeholders and address workflow issues.
- Coordinate headcount reconciliation, compensation alignment, equity, and internal interviews.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of recruiting experience working with senior leaders in SaaS or technology.
- Experience working in a remote-first company.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with change and ambiguity.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
