What you'll do

• Explain and position cybersecurity products and services to prospects and clients
• Assess customer cybersecurity needs, challenges, and infrastructure
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof of concepts
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop and refine solutions
• Train the sales team on product technical capabilities
• Share customer and field feedback with product and engineering teams
• Assist with technical sections of RFPs and RFIs
• Occasionally support post-sales implementation and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, cybersecurity, or a related field
• 5+ years of pre-sales engineering or solutions architecture experience, ideally in cybersecurity
• Strong understanding of cyber threats, risk management, and cybersecurity solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences
• Collaborative approach and strong initiative
• Fluent in English
