What you'll do
- Lead threat modeling and security design reviews for products and infrastructure
- Review backend, API, frontend, and Solana program code, focusing on authorization and access control
- Manage vulnerability findings from triage through remediation and verified closure
- Operate bug bounty intake and coordinate audits and internal assessments
- Improve CI/CD scanning for code, dependencies, secrets, and containers
- Review cloud IAM, network controls, encryption, secrets, and API key permissions
- Assess and scope access for internal AI tools, MCP integrations, and agents
- Define security standards, review checklists, and developer guidance
What we're looking for
- 8+ years in product security, application security, or security engineering, with a software engineering foundation
- Experience leading threat modeling and architecture reviews for complex financial or distributed systems
- Track record finding critical vulnerabilities in production codebases, including with LLM- and agent-based review workflows
- Experience running vulnerability management or bug bounty programs and CI/CD scanning
- Expertise in IAM, secrets management, network controls, and container security on AWS or comparable cloud
- Strong written communication and ability to work independently
Nice to have
- Experience reviewing Solana programs using Rust or Anchor
- Audit-firm experience
- Cryptography or key-management experience, including HSMs, MPC, or PKI
- Offensive web and mobile testing, AI red teaming, or product-side SOC 2 experience
