What you'll do
- Define and manage service level objectives and agreements for ClickHouse Cloud.
- Build monitoring and alerting across cloud infrastructure components.
- Improve incident response, escalation, and blameless postmortem processes.
- Lead reliability and performance improvements and chaos engineering initiatives.
- Manage on-call processes and develop operational tools and platforms.
What we're looking for
- At least 8 years of experience in SRE or a related field.
- Production experience with ClickHouse.
- Hands-on experience with Go and/or Python.
- Strong cloud platform, distributed systems, and production debugging skills.
- Experience with container orchestration and infrastructure automation tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Strong understanding of distributed databases and SQL, particularly ClickHouse.
