What you'll do
- Own and evolve database monitoring and alerting
- Establish a backup verification and disaster recovery testing program
- Serve as first-tier on-call responder for database incidents
- Monitor replication health across databases
- Manage database user lifecycle and access audits

- Manage operational health of the data pipeline
- Develop operational documentation and runbooks
What we're looking for
- 7+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Database Operations
- Deep expertise with MySQL in production environments

- Experience with database backup tools
- Proficiency in PHP and Python or Go
- Experience with database observability and alerting
