What you'll do
- Establish and manage SLOs and SLAs for ClickHouse Cloud.
- Build monitoring and alerting across cloud infrastructure components.
- Improve incident response, escalation, and blameless postmortem processes.
- Drive reliability and performance improvements and chaos initiatives.
- Manage on-call processes and coordinate incident resolution.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, secure, highly available systems.
What we're looking for
- At least 8 years of experience in SRE or a related field.
- Production experience using ClickHouse.
- Hands-on experience with Go and/or Python.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Kubernetes or Docker Swarm and infrastructure automation tools.
- Strong production debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of distributed databases and SQL, particularly ClickHouse.
