What you'll do
- Build new APIs and trading products
- Maintain and extend existing APIs
- Ensure APIs remain fast and reliable
- Investigate issues with failed trades
- Collaborate with product and legal teams
- Create and review design documents
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of backend engineering experience
- 2+ years in DeFi or similar environment
- Track record of owning complex projects
- Experience building developer-facing APIs
- Deep onchain knowledge, especially EVM
- Strong system design experience
- Clear communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with cross-chain/bridging
- Familiarity with non-EVM ecosystems like Solana
- Experience with TypeScript or Rust
