What you'll do
- Scale Go production services to support hundreds of millions of users
- Build mission-critical data infrastructure for the AT Protocol ecosystem
- Develop services operating across large-scale compute, memory, and storage infrastructure
What we're looking for
- Strong programming and software engineering fundamentals
- 3+ years of Go experience
- Experience building scalable backend systems, such as services handling 1M+ operations per second
- Familiarity with operating systems, networks, and storage at scale
- Significant experience with database systems
- Experience owning and operating production services
- Read the AT Protocol documentation and be interested in contributing
Nice to have
- Experience with social or internet infrastructure at large scale
- Experience with data stores such as Scylla/Cassandra, Redis, or ClickHouse
