What you'll do
- Lead projects from technical specification through implementation and launch
- Build features across customer-facing card experiences and backend money-movement systems
- Learn and apply knowledge of authorization, clearing, settlement, and disputes
- Maintain operational excellence and observability
- Mentor engineers and improve quality through design reviews, code reviews, and collaboration
- Work with product, design, operations, risk, compliance, and other teams
What we're looking for
- Strong full-stack experience and a product mindset

- Clear communication, comfort with ambiguity, and interest in mentoring
