What you'll do
- Influence the roadmap and deliver features iteratively
- Drive projects from ideation through customer operations
- Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems
- Participate in on-call rotations and own service reliability
- Contribute to open-source projects and mentor teammates
What we're looking for
- Experience with Go, Rust, Python, or similar languages
- Demonstrated experience with large distributed systems
- Experience delivering software projects from requirements through release
- Experience developing cloud software or working in systems engineering
- Ability to write clean, robust, performant, maintainable software
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment
Nice to have
- Operational experience with Grafana and Prometheus
- Experience with on-call, SRE, or infrastructure as code
