What we're looking for
- 5–8 years in Tools/Platform Engineering
- 3–5 years with monitoring/alerting tooling
- 3+ years building integrations against APIs/webhooks
- 2–3 years building operational dashboards
- Understanding of ITSM workflow tools
Nice to have
- Exposure to multi-provider/datacenter environments
- Experience supporting a NOC/SOC
