Advise prospects and customers on how GitLab’s DevSecOps platform can meet their technical and business goals. Lead technical evaluations and solution design, helping organizations adopt secure, AI-enabled software development practices.

Stack

What you'll do

• Partner with Account Executives to shape technical account strategies and support pipeline growth.
• Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, workshops, and product validations.
• Own proofs of concept and proofs of value, documenting outcomes and next steps.
• Design solutions aligned with customer environments and operating models.
• Advise customers on software delivery, CI/CD, security, and cloud adoption.
• Build customer relationships and develop reusable technical examples and collateral.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with internal teams.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of presales or equivalent customer-facing experience and 5+ years of industry experience.
• Experience running technical evaluations, workshops, proofs of concept, tenders, audits, or value assessments.
• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and DevSecOps practices.
• Hands-on familiarity with GitLab or similar software delivery platforms.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Competence with generative AI and agentic technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and self-managed environments.
