What you'll do

• Design new human-data projects and pilots
• Interpret client requests to define clear approaches
• Advise on best practices for model evaluation
• Shape task design and validation strategies
• Define expert profiles for project requirements
• Establish rough-cut estimates for project feasibility
• Collaborate with engineering on technical architecture
• Stay up-to-date on AI training best practices

• Experience working with diverse stakeholders

• Technical fluency in ML and data systems
