What you'll do
- Design, document, and operate SCT and SCT Inst payment processes, including recalls, investigations, enquiries, missing funds, rejects, returns, and refunds
- Operate the T2 platform through its U2A/A2A interfaces and maintain CRDM reference data
- Manage the BIC-by-BIC migration from BNP Paribas to direct participation and track payment paths
- Coordinate reconciliation operations with the relevant team
- Build incident, escalation, DNB reporting, and ECONS II contingency processes
- Coordinate with DNB, the Eurosystem, SWIFT/NEXI, FIS, correspondent banks, Product, and Engineering
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience with T2 or TARGET Services, including RTGS or TIPS and GUI/U2A/A2A actions
- Around 2–3+ years in payment operations at a bank, EMI, or PSP
- Familiarity with SEPA schemes, investigations, recalls, returns, and SWIFT/ISO 20022 messaging
- Experience writing SOPs and controls, or ability to learn quickly
- Comfort working with regulators, partners, and technical teams
- Able to make operational sign-off and escalation decisions with team support
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Experience maintaining CRDM reference data
- Involvement in direct-participation onboarding or sponsor-bank migration
- Knowledge of DNB/TARGET-NL conditions, IPR, PSD2, or ECONS II contingency processes
