What you'll do
- Design backend systems and APIs for real-time accounting logic
- Deliver features end to end, from architecture through CI/CD, testing, and monitoring
- Integrate third-party tools and external systems while managing edge cases and risks
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience
- Experience building products with complex business logic
- Strong PostgreSQL, SQL, ORM, migration, and schema-design skills
- Experience deploying on AWS or a similar cloud platform
- Solid CI/CD and production-readiness fundamentals
- High agency, pragmatism, and a willingness to move quickly
