What you'll do

• Own end-to-end design of the platform across web and mobile
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces
• Create and evolve a scalable component-based design system
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ship and iterate quickly
• Conduct user research and improve usability
• Help shape design culture and improve product development speed
• Mentor designers as the team grows

What we're looking for

• 8+ years designing complex SaaS products end to end
• Deep experience with Figma and scalable design systems
• Strong UX, interaction design, and visual design skills
• Comfort working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• High agency, strong work ethic, and ability to make pragmatic decisions

Nice to have

• Experience designing fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS products
