What you'll do
- Own the roadmap and deliver reliable, extensible features for healthcare contracting stakeholders.
- Develop and evaluate business cases for features, modules, and products.
- Partner with AI engineers to develop and refine models for contract understanding and financial insights.
- Use customer feedback and product data to improve adoption and contracting workflows.
- Communicate product vision and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with Legal, Finance, Sales, and reimbursement experts to support compliant contract execution and revenue realization.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience, preferably with workflow, contracting, document management, or financial modeling tools.
- Deep managed care and healthcare revenue cycle expertise.
- Track record owning B2B product initiatives that add AI or machine learning to manual workflows or document repositories.
- Strong systems thinking, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-influence skills.
- Fluency with healthcare or technology contracting legal and compliance requirements.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing startup environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience with advanced reasoning AI.
- Understanding of healthcare industry backend functions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; nontraditional educational backgrounds are welcome.
