The team
Finance — FP&A, partnering with Sales, Ecosystem, and Revenue Operations.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain financial models and forecasts for go-to-market leaders.
- Own recurring reporting and variance analysis, explaining key trends to business partners.
- Investigate ad hoc business questions and recommend ways to improve target attainment and growth efficiency.
- Validate assumptions with stakeholders and improve reporting clarity and consistency.
What we're looking for
- 1–2 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, financial analysis, or a related analytical role.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and AI-powered workflows for financial analysis, reporting, or forecasting; validate outputs and translate findings into business insights.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and spreadsheet skills.
- Experience producing recurring reports or variance analyses and explaining their business implications.
- Clear communication, sound judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requests.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting SaaS or technology teams across multiple go-to-market functions.
- Familiarity with Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan, SQL, or business intelligence platforms.
- Experience evaluating resource allocation, investments, or relationships between operating metrics and financial results.
