What we're looking for

- Hands-on Linux and/or Windows server administration
- Understanding of incident-management fundamentals
- Strong written communication skills
Nice to have
- ITIL V4 Foundation certification
- Linux certification (RHCSA / LFCS)
- Scripting familiarity (Bash, Python, or PowerShell)
- Experience in a 24x7 NOC or SOC environment
