Senior Systems Administrator

Own and improve the systems and SaaS infrastructure that supports MetaMask’s global workforce. The role combines IT support and employee lifecycle tasks with cloud and hybrid systems administration, automation, security, and incident response.

What you'll do

• Provide remote support and manage technical support tickets, hardware, software, networking, and videoconferencing
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, and procure and ship equipment to remote employees across the EU
• Administer and improve cloud infrastructure, hybrid systems, SaaS platforms, and MDM tools
• Lead critical-system incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews
• Build automation and improve system observability
• Define access-control and security policies, and support compliance with Security teams
• Deliver company-wide technical initiatives and maintain documentation and runbooks

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in systems administration or infrastructure engineering
• Strong working knowledge of cloud infrastructure
• Experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms and MDM solutions
• Understanding of networking, identity management, and access control
• Ability to work autonomously and make sound technical decisions under pressure
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience in web3, fintech, or a high-growth technology environment
• Exposure to SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other security and compliance programs
• Experience supporting globally distributed remote teams
• Experience with at least two major cloud providers
