What you'll do
- Administer and govern Jira Cloud and related Atlassian tools, reducing technical debt.
- Lead Jira migrations from Data Center to Cloud and coordinate stakeholder cutovers.
- Configure Jira Service Management workflows, SLAs, forms, queues, approvals, and security schemes.
- Build dashboards, reporting, automation, integrations, and custom Forge application capabilities.
- Configure Rovo agents and assess responsible AI opportunities within Atlassian tools.
- Manage access, user lifecycle, licensing, and platform security.
- Lead UAT and document test plans, runbooks, and system configurations.
- Support platform workstreams, Agile ceremonies, and critical-issue on-call escalation.
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of hands-on Atlassian administration in enterprise environments.
- Deep Jira workflow design and JQL expertise.
- Experience leading Jira Data Center-to-Cloud migrations and validating data integrity.
- Strong Jira Service Management configuration experience, including SLAs, forms, queues, and approvals.
- Experience with Jira REST APIs, automation, JavaScript, and JSON.
- Experience integrating Atlassian tools with LDAP or Okta and managing access and licensing.
- Experience leading UAT for migrations or complex platform changes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and remote-work skills.
Nice to have
- Atlassian Rovo and AI/ML capabilities experience.
- SAFe Agilist or SAFe Scrum Master certification; Scrum Master or Product Owner experience.
- Familiarity with Slack, Asana, Figma, Airtable, or Miro.
- Experience with Jira Cloud capacity planning and portfolio reporting.
