Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and geographies, with accountability for a defined hiring target. Partner with the Founders Office and hiring managers to build scalable hiring processes, reporting, and standards as the company grows.

What you'll do

• Own hiring targets and track pipeline coverage, stage conversion, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance.
• Run end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview management, and closing.
• Build market maps and personally source candidates.
• Design interview loops, scorecards, hiring rituals, and service-level agreements.
• Maintain Ashby as the hiring source of truth and deliver weekly leadership updates.
• Partner with hiring managers, coach interviewers, and provide a strong candidate experience.
• Support compensation, onboarding, headcount planning, and employer branding.

What we're looking for

• At least 6 years of recruiting experience, including 4 or more years in-house.
• Experience carrying and delivering against a defined headcount target.
• B2B SaaS recruiting experience in a scaling startup or high-growth company.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience, including hands-on outbound sourcing.
• Experience building hiring processes, scorecards, or reporting practices.
• Ability to challenge senior stakeholders while maintaining strong partnerships.
• Toronto-based candidates must have recruited for B2B software sold to finance teams.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for finance software such as FP&A, accounting, billing, treasury, spend management, or close and consolidation.
