What you'll do
- Advise leaders on role design, hiring priorities, and talent availability
- Develop hiring strategies using talent mapping, competitor activity, compensation, and location data
- Manage complex searches from planning through sourcing, assessment, offer closing, and onboarding handoff
- Build structured assessments and clear success profiles with hiring leaders
- Use recruiting funnel, source, and market data to identify risks and recommend actions
- Improve recruiting processes, tools, AI use, and sourcing strategies
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 4+ years recruiting for technical, Product, or Engineering roles
- Track record closing senior and hard-to-fill searches in competitive markets
- Current knowledge of Bay Area and New York tech talent markets
- Ability to advise and constructively challenge senior leaders using data and judgment
- Strong technical and Product talent assessment, sourcing, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical, adaptable, and comfortable working in a changing environment
