What you'll do
- Own end-to-end hiring for US roles across New York, San Francisco, and Austin
- Recruit primarily for sales and marketing roles, with some Customer and other roles as the team grows
- Build US talent foundations, including employer brand, processes, and ways of working
- Support ad hoc people operations
- Use AI to improve hiring speed and quality
What we're looking for
- Experienced full-cycle recruiter able to operate independently in a high-ambiguity environment
- Specialist in hiring go-to-market talent for high-bar, fast-moving organizations
- Strong sourcing skills and experience building outbound pipelines
- Data-driven approach to managing, troubleshooting, and forecasting hiring funnels
- Advanced user of AI tools to improve hiring speed, efficiency, and quality

- Experience in VC-backed enterprise AI or SaaS
