What you'll do
- Own full-cycle searches for R&D/Technical roles
- Manage a full desk of priority requisitions
- Advise Hiring Managers on search strategy
- Build lasting advisory relationships with Business Unit leaders
- Partner with Head of TA to create recruiting plans
- Implement competency-based hiring process
- Use DEI sourcing tactics
- Analyze funnel metrics
What we're looking for
- Full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech
- Experience running a full desk of concurrent requisitions
- Acting as a talent advisor with data-based recommendations
- Hands-on experience with structured interviewing and ATS
- Measurable results from DEI sourcing practices
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable having direct conversations with hiring managers
- Experience in a remote-first environment
Nice to have
- Experience with competency-based hiring
- Experience utilizing AI for process improvements
- Preferred experience with Greenhouse
