What you'll do
- Manage 8–10 engineering and technical searches from kickoff through signed offer
- Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements and align them with the talent market
- Proactively source and close senior technical candidates
- Build reusable talent pipelines for recurring roles
- Deliver a clear, authentic candidate experience
- Develop recruiting playbooks, interview kits, and other team systems
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, primarily in-house
- Experience owning and closing senior- and staff-level engineering searches
- Able to discuss engineers’ work knowledgeably
- Strong proactive sourcing and pipeline-building skills
- Recruiting experience in infrastructure, developer tools, open source, or AI
- Experience building or rebuilding a recruiting process
- Ability to win candidates competing against big-tech offers

- Experience with Ashby and Gem
- Based in San Francisco
- Computer science degree or certificate
