What you'll do
- Own the SEO roadmap and measure the impact of initiatives.
- Lead technical SEO across crawling, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, rendering, and JavaScript SEO.
- Analyze organic performance and large datasets to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to ship technical improvements.
- Drive international SEO, including hreflang and scalable site architecture.
- Collaborate with content teams on search intent and content priorities.
- Support authority growth through digital PR and link acquisition.
- Build performance reporting and run SEO experiments.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience growing organic traffic through SEO.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge and understanding of modern websites.
- Experience with Google Search Console and SEO platforms such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or SEMrush.
- Able to analyze data and turn complex problems into actionable insights.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, product, or development teams.
- Curious, analytical approach to diagnosing problems.
Nice to have
- Experience with large-scale ecommerce, SaaS, marketplace, or publisher websites.
- SQL or BigQuery experience.
- Expertise in site architecture, crawl optimization, and JavaScript SEO.
