What you'll do
- Create SOPs, runbooks, workflows, and operational procedures
- Build runbooks for various operational areas
- Capture current and future-state architecture and processes
- Standardize shift handoffs and engineering communication templates
- Build onboarding and role-based training plans
- Govern the GIOC Confluence knowledge base
- Facilitate SME workshops with US Engineering
- Ensure critical services have approved documentation before transition
What we're looking for
- 5–8+ years in technical writing or operations documentation
- Experience with cloud/infrastructure and networking environments
- Strong experience creating runbooks and architecture diagrams
- Hands-on experience with Confluence and Jira
- Experience creating training materials
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- NOC/SOC/GIOC/SRE documentation experience
- Exposure to Azure/AWS/GCP
- ITIL experience
