What you'll do
- Investigate abuse reports and resolve terms-of-service and acceptable-use violations.
- Manage customer abuse-report tickets and document policy enforcement actions.
- Monitor and defend IP and network reputation against malicious activity.
- Process DMCA and brand-protection claims.
- Identify threat patterns and emerging risks.
- Collaborate with Network, Security Operations, and Support teams on escalated cases.
- Develop and improve internal policies and playbooks.
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in trust and safety, abuse management, or related customer support.
- Experience in cloud computing, hosting, or ISP infrastructure.
- Practical knowledge of IP, DNS, HTTP/S, and common attack vectors.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Excellent written English and documentation skills.
- Available to work 4:30 PM–12:30 AM IST.
