What you'll do

• Develop outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, publications, influencers, and site owners
• Collaborate with PR, Social Media, Content, and Affiliates teams
• Track and report outreach results, including links, traffic, and rankings
• Research linking prospects and analyze competitors
• Create persuasive pitches and negotiate link acquisition
• Ensure outreach follows SEO best practices and search engine guidelines

What we're looking for

• Fluent or near-fluent written and spoken English and German
• Background or education in PR, marketing, or a related field
• Experience working with news media and journalists
• Demonstrated success improving search rankings across markets
• Experience securing backlinks from major publications
• Ability to develop outreach campaigns with long-term value
• Comfortable communicating the business impact of outreach to stakeholders
• Familiarity with PR outreach and general SEO tools
