What you'll do

- Connect postmortem findings to operational gaps
- Act as a reliability expert for teams

What we're looking for
- 7+ years in SRE or reliability-focused roles
- Strong software engineering mindset
- Experience with SLOs/SLIs at scale
- Deep experience with incident response
- Hands-on with large-scale systems
- Proficient with cloud infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in async/team distributed environments
