What you'll do
- Maintain 24/7 reliability and scale Proton Meet as traffic and complexity grow
- Research, develop, load-test, and roll out services and infrastructure
- Work with software engineers on logging, monitoring, alerting, and on-call practices
- Debug and resolve production incidents
What we're looking for
- Deep experience with Linux systems and internet technologies, including DNS, TLS, HTTP, and WebSockets
- Deep experience with infrastructure automation such as Puppet, Terraform, and Kubernetes
- Experience managing load balancing, data storage, and messaging systems
- Experience using AI agents for coding, incident response, and stress testing
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, globally distributed team and participating in on-call
- Excellent written and spoken English

- Experience with WebRTC and real-time streaming
