Own Baseten’s social media strategy and presence across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and relevant technical communities. Create and publish content that translates AI infrastructure and engineering work into accurate, engaging posts, while growing the brand’s reach and community.

What you'll do

• Set channel strategy, growth goals, and measurement plans.
• Track AI and open-source conversations and respond to relevant developments.
• Translate launches, benchmarks, open-source projects, engineering work, and customer results into social content.
• Lead social media for product launches in partnership with product marketing, product, and engineering.
• Shoot and edit short-form video and coordinate with freelancers or design partners.
• Help employees and leaders publish in their own voices, including ghostwriting when useful.
• Report on growth, engagement, reach, and share of voice, adjusting strategy based on results.
• Manage contractors and creators.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years managing social media for a technical, developer-facing, or B2B technology brand.
• Demonstrated success growing social accounts and explaining the performance of published posts.
• Technical fluency to write accurately about inference, GPUs, and model performance.
• Strong command of X and LinkedIn, plus comfort producing short-form video.
• Sound judgment managing brand accounts and deciding what not to publish.
• Ability to work through fast-changing launch cycles.
• A clear perspective on how AI companies should show up online.
