What you'll do
- Own the internal AI developer platform from architecture through rollout, operation, and measurement.
- Integrate AI coding tools and build context infrastructure tailored to the monorepo.
- Create frameworks that let engineers build agents without deep LLM expertise.
- Develop evaluation methods and use results to guide investment decisions.
- Improve adoption through low-friction defaults, documentation, and onboarding.
- Build safety features for permissions, secrets, audit trails, and cost management.
- Identify team needs and turn successful AI workflows into reusable platform capabilities.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of relevant industry experience building and enabling an AI-native SDLC.
- Strong Python and/or Go skills building tools used by other engineers.
- Shipped an agentic product or tool used by real people; experience with tool calling, MCP, context management, orchestration, and failure handling.
- Fluency with AI coding tools and an understanding of their limitations.
- Developer tooling, CI/CD, and Kubernetes/Docker fundamentals.
- Platform mindset focused on adoption and self-service.
- Comfort with ambiguity and strong written communication.
Nice to have
- Experience building agent integrations for CI/CD, code review, testing, incidents, migrations, or codebase Q&A.
