What you'll do

• Build and operate high-throughput services for AI agent orchestration, integrations, and real-time data pipelines.
• Design platform services, schedulers, conversation history, client-server protocols, and APIs.
• Collaborate with AI/ML, Product, and Front-End engineers to ship features.
• Evolve infrastructure as code and support high availability.
• Promote documentation, testing, and reliability, and mentor junior engineers.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
• Experience deploying and debugging production systems at scale.
• Experience with a cloud platform and deep understanding of CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
• Fluency with AI coding tools and ability to work independently across projects.

Nice to have

• Experience building backend services for AI products or working with LLM features, agentic workflows, or ML pipelines.
• Experience with real-time systems, event-driven architectures, or high-throughput API design.
• Strong product instincts and ability to balance speed with reliability.
